The cooling drum slag discharger is a professional equipment for cooling and conveying high-temperature powder through a rotary drum. The rotary drum has a built-in spiral blade. It is mainly used for conveying and cooling the slag dust of pyrite, zinc concentrate and other sulphuric acid plants.
The rotary drum of the cooling drum slag discharge machine is installed on the supporting roller, and the top of the drum is equipped with a water spray device. During the rotation of the drum, high-temperature slag dust enters from the receiving port and is pushed to the discharge port through the built-in spiral blades. During the transportation process, the spray water on the outer wall of the cylinder removes heat to reduce the temperature of the slag dust. Usually the high-temperature slag dust is gradually cooled to about 230°C and then enters the humidifier. A spray water pipe is arranged inside the humidifier, and the slag dust inside is humidified and further cooled by spraying water.
