The body of the fluidized bed furnace is a steel shell lined with thermal insulation bricks and a refractory brick structure. The fluidized bed furnace is divided into two parts: the furnace chamber and the air chamber by the gas distribution plate. Air caps with lateral openings are regularly arranged on the gas distribution plate, and above the distribution plate is a hearth poured with refractory concrete. After the first boiling furnace was built in my country in the 1950s, all domestic ore-based sulphuric acid and sulfuric acid companies and some smelting flue gas sulphuric acid companies have adopted the technology of fluidized roasting to produce sulfur dioxide gas.

Cyclone dust collector is a common gas-solid separation equipment. When the dust-containing gas enters the cyclone dust collector from the intake pipe at an appropriate speed, it will rotate in the annular space between the exhaust pipe and the cylinder, and then exit the exhaust pipe from the outside of the cyclone. The dust-containing gas uses centrifugal force to separate the gas and solid particles in the equipment. Cyclone dust collector has the characteristics of low investment, simple structure, convenient maintenance and relatively high dust removal efficiency, so it has a wide range of applications in the sulfuric acid industry.

The cooling drum slag discharger is a professional equipment for cooling and conveying high-temperature powder through a rotary drum. The rotary drum has a built-in spiral blade. It is mainly used for conveying and cooling the slag dust of pyrite, zinc concentrate and other sulphuric acid plants.

The rotary drum of the cooling drum slag discharge machine is installed on the supporting roller, and the top of the drum is equipped with a water spray device. During the rotation of the drum, high-temperature slag dust enters from the receiving port and is pushed to the discharge port through the built-in spiral blades. During the transportation process, the spray water on the outer wall of the cylinder removes heat to reduce the temperature of the slag dust. Usually the high-temperature slag dust is gradually cooled to about 230°C and then enters the humidifier. A spray water pipe is arranged inside the humidifier, and the slag dust inside is humidified and further cooled by spraying water.
