Yangzhou Jinyuan Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., established in early 1990s, is a comprehensive enterprise in China engaged in the design, manufacturing and installation of sulfuric acid equipment, coking equipment, and environmental protection equipment. Over the past 20 years, we have been concentrated in the design, manufacturing and installation of sulfuric acid equipment, coking equipment, environmental protection equipment and other devices, have made some contribution in related fields and have been recognized by the majority of users. Currently, we are a professional designated equipment manufacturing and installation enterprise of China Chemical Fertilizer Industry Association, China Sulfuric Acid Industry Association, China Nonferrous Metals Association, China Coal Association and other institutions.

Our company's product range and services include:
        * Sulfuric acid field
  1. Design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning of 10 ~ 800kt/a complete sets of sulfuric acid making equipment with iron pyrite, sulfur, gypsum, and hydrogen sulfide; as well as trial run, staff training, etc.;
  2. Design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning of 10 ~ 800kt/a complete sets of sulfuric acid making equipment with gold, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel metallurgical off-gas; as well as trial run, staff training, etc.;
  3. Electric demister series: GRP electric demister, plastic electric demister, lead electric demister;
  4. Heat-exchange Equipment Series: Contracted-expanded (aluminizing) heat exchanger, butterfly ring (aluminizing) heat exchanger, double round flaw (aluminizing) heat exchanger, etc.;
  5. Dry method residue extraction mechanism series: Spray-type cooling roller slag extractor, immersed-type cooling roller slag extractor, humidifier, overflow spiral conveyer, and star-shape ash valve;
  6. Washing Equipment Series: Reverse spray scrubber, internal jet venturi, hollow scrubber, packing scrubber, foaming tower, foam filling tower, rotational flow plate tower, re-jetting tower, re-blocking foam remover, etc.
  7. Furnace in fluid bed, dry absorbing tower, converter, lead indirect condenser, dust remover, sulfuric acid storage tank, and a variety of non-standard equipments.

        * Coking field
  1. Match the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and trial run of 200~2,400kt (dry whole coke)/a coking projects’ coal gas purification process (cold drum electric fishing section, desulphurization and sulfur recovery section, ammonium sulfate section, benzene elution section, etc.)
  2. Match the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and trial run of 200 ~ 2400kt (dry whole coke)/a coking projects’ gas purification process equipment. Such as horizontal water-tube cooler, mechanized tar ammonium hydroxide settling tank, series electrical tar precipitator, all kinds of desulfurization towers, regeneration tower, pre-cooling tower, benzene washing tower, debenzolization tower and other towers, series spray-type saturator, all kinds of heat-exchange devices, etc.
  3. New Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Technology: The design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and trial run of negative pressure ammonia still process, negative pressure debenzonlization process, coke oven waste gas waste heat recovery and desulfurization and other new energy-saving and environmental protection technologies.

        * Environmental Protection Field
  1. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for 10～200kt/a alkylated waste sulfuric acid regeneration project, etc., as well as trial run, staff training, etc.;
  2. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for 10～200kt/a butylenes glycol (BDO) waste sulfuric acid regeneration project, etc., as well as trial run, staff training, etc.;
  3. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for 10～200kt/a sulfuric acid production with coking desulfurzated waste liquor, etc., as well as trial run, staff training, etc.;
  4. Power plant and coal-fired boiler desulfuration, denitration and deep purification management project;
  5. Titanium dioxide calcinations, rare earth calcinations, glass calcinations, waste incineration, fertilizer production and other industrial waste gas treatment projects.
  6. Professional manufacturing of wet electrostatic precipitators.
