Yangzhou Jinyuan Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in the early 1990s and is a comprehensive enterprise in China specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of sulfuric acid equipment, coking equipment, and environmental protection equipment. Over the past three decades and more, our company has focused on the design, fabrication, and installation of such equipment, achieving remarkable results in these fields and earning widespread recognition from our customers. Currently, we are a designated specialist manufacturer and installer of equipment for organizations including the China Fertilizer Industry Association, the China Sulfuric Acid Industry Association, the China Nonferrous Metals Association, and the China Coal Association.

Our company’s product range and services include:
I. Sulfuric Acid Sector
1. Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for sulfuric acid production projects utilizing pyrite, elemental sulfur, gypsum, and hydrogen sulfide, with capacities ranging from 10 to 1,000 kt/a, as well as responsibility for plant start-up and personnel training;
2. Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for sulfuric acid production from smelting flue gases in gold, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, and nickel smelting plants with capacities ranging from 10 to 1,000 kt/a, as well as responsibility for plant startup and personnel training;
3. Electrostatic mist eliminator equipment series: FRP electrostatic mist eliminators, plastic electrostatic mist eliminators, and lead electrostatic mist eliminators;
4. Heat exchanger series: expanded-tube (aluminized) heat exchangers, disc-and-ring (aluminized) heat exchangers, double-notch (aluminized) heat exchangers, and others;
5. Dry slag removal equipment series: spray-cooling rotary drum slag remover, immersion-cooling rotary drum slag remover, humidifier, overflow screw conveyor, and star-type ash discharge valve;
6. Wastewater Treatment Equipment Series: counter-current spray scrubbers, internal-spray Venturi scrubbers, hollow-tower scrubbers, packed-bed scrubbers, foam towers, bubble-cap towers, cyclonic plate towers, multi-stage spray towers, and multi-stage demisters, among others.
7. Boiling furnace, dry absorption tower, converter, lead indirect condenser, dust collector, sulfuric acid storage tank, and various non-standard equipment, among others.
II. Coking Sector
1. Design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, and start-up of the coal gas purification process for a coking project with a capacity of 200–2,400 kt (dry total coke) per year, including the cold drum electrostatic precipitator section, desulfurization and sulfur recovery section, ammonium sulfate section, and benzene washing and extraction section.
2. Design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, and start-up of specialized equipment for the coal gas purification process in coking projects with a capacity of 200–2,400 kt (dry total coke) per year, including cross-tube coolers, mechanized tar-ammonia clarification tanks, series of electrostatic tar collectors, various desulfurization towers, regeneration towers, pre-cooling towers, benzene-washing towers, benzene-extraction towers and other tower-type equipment, as well as series of spray-type saturators and various heat-exchange units.
3. New energy-saving and environmentally friendly processes: design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and start-up of new energy-saving and environmentally friendly processes such as vacuum ammonia distillation, vacuum benzene removal, and waste heat recovery and desulfurization from coke oven flue gas.
III. Environmental Protection
1. Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of a complete set of equipment for the regeneration of spent alkylation sulfuric acid, with capacities ranging from 10 to 200 kt/a, as well as responsibility for plant startup and personnel training;
2. Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of a complete set of equipment for the regeneration of waste sulfuric acid from 10–200 kt/a butanediol (BDO) production, as well as responsibility for plant startup and personnel training;
3. Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for projects such as the production of sulfuric acid from coking desulfurization waste liquor with capacities ranging from 10 to 200 kt/a, as well as responsibility for plant startup and personnel training;
4. Desulfurization, denitrification, and advanced purification projects for power plants and coal-fired boilers.
5. Various industrial flue-gas treatment projects, including titanium dioxide calcination, rare-earth calcination, glass calcination, waste incineration, and fertilizer production.
6. Specializes in the manufacture of wet electrostatic precipitators.
