Sulfur Incinerator
The sulfur-burning furnace is a horizontal, steel cylindrical vessel lined with insulating bricks and refractory bricks. Three baffle walls are installed inside the furnace; the first baffle wall is equipped with a lower gas passage, while the second and third baffle walls have laterally positioned passages to align with the locations of the flue gas outlets. To ensure thorough mixing and complete combustion of sulfur vapor and air and to prevent the formation of sublimated sulfur, a secondary-air inlet is provided between the second and third baffle walls. Currently, all domestic sulfur-based sulfuric acid production enterprises employ the sulfur-burning furnace process for generating sulfur dioxide gas.
Incinerator
The incinerator features a horizontal, cylindrical steel shell lined with thermal insulation material and corundum refractory bricks. Several baffle walls, along with secondary air inlets and combustion-assisting gas inlets, are installed within the furnace chamber. It is now widely used in the waste acid regeneration and waste liquid treatment industries.
