Cooling Drum Slag Removal Machine
Overflow Screw Ash Discharge Machine
The overflow screw ash-discharge unit is used for ash discharge and air-locking beneath cyclone dust collectors and electrostatic precipitators. To prevent shaft deformation caused by high-temperature materials, the shaft undergoes tempering treatment prior to machining; the conveying screw blades are made of 304 stainless steel, and the accompanying motor and reducer are all high-quality, well-known domestic brands. Its standardized and rational design, material selection, and manufacturing ensure long-term, trouble-free operation.
Star-type Ash Discharge Valve
The water-cooled star-type ash-discharge valve has been standardized. After careful clearance adjustments on both the working end face and the side surfaces, the valve ensures smooth ash discharge even under substantial negative pressure. The valve housing is fabricated from heat-resistant cast iron, while the rotor—comprising the central shaft and its blades—is made of 304 stainless steel. The central shaft is designed as a hollow shaft, constructed from S45C carbon steel and subjected to quenching and tempering. During operation, cooling water must be circulated through the hollow shaft to counteract thermal deformation caused by high-temperature materials. Furthermore, the accompanying motor and reducer are all sourced from well-known, high-quality domestic manufacturers. This combination of standardized, rational design, superior materials, and meticulous manufacturing guarantees long-term, trouble-free operation of the star-type ash-discharge valve.
